About Me

My photo
I retired early because my legs don't like holding me up for too long. So now I can do things in my own time. I like to sell things at farmers market. Most of which, I've made myself, e.g. homemade soap, crochet dish cloths, hand towels, baby afghans and of course,..tatting.

3 sizes

Here's a size comparison. Fox's pretty motif is on the left. She used her "Perfect Quilter" thread. There's a loonie in the middle (not a penny). The one on the right is size #30 DMC and on the bottom is #20 Lizbeth.

  1. Lovely pattern and beautiful motifs, shows how the size of thread makes a big difference to the size of the motif.
    What's a loonie?

    1. Oh, sorry. Our "loonie" is our Canadian dollar. It's almost as big as your two pound coin.
